About The Role

Blue Zoo is seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Producer to help lead and develop creative digital experiences across Blue Zoo’s portfolio of first party IP for preschool children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing engaging apps and games, particularly for the children's market and a strong understanding of promotion through social media. This hands-on role involves collaborating with various internal and external teams at Blue Zoo to support established preschool brands, like Numberblocks and Alphablocks, while bringing new children's IPs to life.

The role will report to the Senior Games Producer and be part of a highly motivated, collaborative, creative team. As the digital team continues to develop and grow, additional responsibilities might include elements of support for the Digital Marketing team, such as support on copywriting and influencer campaigns.

We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies.

  • Generate and develop ideas, helping to create, develop and deliver concept briefs with the wider Apps and Digital team, working with the product architect to map out the Games Design Document.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and educational objectives.
  • Write voiceover scripts and set up recording sessions globally, managing talent and logistics.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Carry out user testing at schools and nurseries, and testing games and apps for bugs.
  • Offer solutions to increase efficiency and engagement within Blue Zoo’s games and apps.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including brand partners, internal teams, and external clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative and creative culture within the team.

  • Ensure that content meets Blue Zoo quality standards and accessibility.

To be engaged our people have to feel included and valued. We work hard to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is embedded in the way we work, not just an initiative. We strive to engender a studio community that feels a deep sense of pride and commitment that transcends any role, department or level and works together to produce excellent and engaging work.
