About The Role

We are looking for a Junior ToonBoom Rigger to join our rigging team on a new 2D series.

Our ToonBoom Riggers have the ability to deliver creative rigs for the 2D assets on our productions. Their day to day focuses on rigging props and characters whilst maintaining production quality and style as required. 

Day to Day:

  • Rig props and characters
  • Work with Senior Riggers and Designers to create mouth, hand, eyes and feet kits
  • Make sure assets maintain production quality and style as required
  • Analyse character designs and animatics for rigging requirements
  • Develop character turnarounds, special poses and redresses
  • Boost rig performance with Master Controllers and other ToonBoomHarmony tools
  • Receive, respond and action constructive feedback from Lead Rigger and Animation Supervisor

About You

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of ToonBoom Harmony 
  • Ability to take direction and problem solve collaboratively with the wider rigging team
  • Some experience working within a 2D animation pipeline
  • Clear, efficient, and effective communication skills
  • Proactive and positive approach to resolving issues under pressure

Bonus Points:

  • 2D animation pipeline rigging experience
  • A strong motivation to develop skills
