As a Motion Graphics Artist on a short episodic series, you will be responsible for working closely with the Art Director and Lighting and Compositing Supervisor on episodic motion graphics creation, bringing them to life and delivering high-quality and innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates with CG elements. 

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of the creative process, bringing to life pre-designed artwork by our design team.

Day to Day:

• Develop creative and visually compelling motion graphics from artwork provided by the design team, while maintaining strong attention to detail to the brief.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of motion graphic design, including typography, colour schemes, and visual effects.
• Utilise industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to design and animate graphics.
• Attend meetings for briefs and reviews with relevant team members.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and make necessary revisions and adjustments to motion graphics based on client or senior team members input. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, editors, and creative directors, to brainstorm ideas and concepts for motion graphic projects.
• Manage your time, tasks, shots and process efficiently to deliver quality work and meet deadlines.

Must Have:

• Good Animation production experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge in creating motion graphics and animation in After Effects based on the briefs.
• Able to receive feedback and respond well to direction.
• Happy to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Able to work independently and be reliable.
• Creative problem solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Some experience in Lighting and Compositing.
• Experience with Nuke as a tool to make revisions to composite render layers where necessary.
