About The Role

The role of YouTube & Social Media Video Editor is an exciting opportunity to work across Blue Zoo Digital’s world of brands.

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled editor who is deeply immersed in YouTube and social media trends, with a sharp understanding of how to create engaging, platform-appropriate content that engages our audience. You’ll craft edits that capture attention in the first two seconds, adapt long-form content into short-form social cuts, and bring ideas to life through motion graphics and visual storytelling.

This is a hands-on, creative role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and understands both kids-facing and grown-up-facing content. You’ll collaborate with our creative, production and marketing teams to produce high-quality content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other streaming platforms.

The role reports to the Senior YouTube Manager, with a dotted line to the Lead Producer, and is part of a highly motivated, collaborative and growing digital team.

Please note that this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications.

The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK.

This role is due to start early March time.

We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies.
